Once you arrive at the Los Nómadas Residencial, you will find the security booth. Simply state the name of our villa and the name of the guest who made the reservation. Once past security, you will soon find Villa Celeste on the right hand side of the road, marked with an illuminated sign.
When you arrive, you will be received either by the hostess (Mirtha) or the housekeeper. They will show you around the villa, hand over the key, and together you will read the electricity meter. (Note that at the end of the stay, you will be charged for your electricity
consumption.)
RESTRICTIONS
Please be mindful that we have put a lot of care into the creation of this space.
We hope you enjoy it while also respecting it as if it were your home. Below are
the restrictions for guests:
• Deposit used toilet paper in the wastebaskets.
• Do not throw anything else in the toilet, like feminine products, etc.
• Do not stay past the checkout time.
• Do not exceed the number of people indicated in the reservation.
• No smoking inside the house or in the bedrooms. It is only allowed in the exterior areas.
• Quiet time between 11:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
• Do not bring pets without prior authorization from the hostess.
• Do not park on the grass.
• No parties or events.
• No four wheelers are allowed to enter Los Nómadas.
• No sharing of kitchen items, towels, or sheets between villas.
• Do not remove items from the villa except for beach towels and beach chairs.
• Do not exceed the speed of 20 km/hr within the Los Nómadas.
• Do not leave the doors and windows open without being in the villa.
• We recommend you turn off lights, fans, and air conditioners while not inside.
• use to minimize your electrical expenses.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the villa
without the right to reimbursement, or forfeiture of your deposit.
At checkout time, the housekeeper will do a quick review of the house and verify that everything is in order. The key must be returned at this time. The hostess will proceed to read the electricity meter with you, and determine your electricity consumption charge.
